Waterproof Deck Plate - Round, 200mm OA

High-quality, US-made Armstrong waterproof inspection plate. It is explicitly designed for fast, tool-free installation on boat motor wells, cockpits, pods, or water/waste tanks.

Specifications

  • Clear Opening Diameter: 170 mm
  • Material: Heavy-duty polypropylene enhanced with UV inhibitors
  • Waterproof Rating: 100% waterproof via a watertight EPDM seal
  • Tool-Free Installation: It requires no fasteners, trim rings, or messy sealants, which drastically minimizes clean-up and assembly time.
  • Locking Mechanism: To secure the hatch, you simply turn the center knob on top of the plate. This tightens the plate tightly against the EPDM seal while a specialized retaining bracket locks it firmly in place from underneath.
  • Varying Deck Thicknesses: The internal retaining bracket can be reversed, allowing the unit to adapt seamlessly to different deck or bulkhead depths.
  • Safety Surface: Features a molded, textured non-skid surface to prevent slipping when installed directly on a cockpit or cabin floor
