Our Right To Reject Your Order

Fulfilment of your order is subject to availability of the product and we reserve the right not to accept your order. We reserve the right to cancel your order without being liable for any damage or costs outside of providing you with a full or partial refund for the following reasons:

  • the product you ordered is unavailable or not in stock;
  • your billing information is incorrect;
  • your order is flagged as fraudulent;
  • there was an error in the price displayed on the Platform; or
  • we could not deliver to the address provided by you;

Fraudulent Data Check

After you have checked out, we may run some automated checks on the details provided including confirming the provided address and checking for fraud.  This is done to filter unusual or suspect transactions that could possibly be identified as fraudulent. Suspected fraud may lead to cancellation of your order or a follow-up email from our sales team to confirm your identity.

Payment Methods

The accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, PayPal and bank transfer.

Processing of payment

If your order is processed via credit/debit card or PayPal, the amount will be deducted from your account once the order has been processed. If you opt for the bank transfer method of payment, you must send remittance to sales@adventuresafety.com.au for your order to be processed. It will not be processed under any circumstances until remittance has been received. In the event that payment has not been received within an acceptable timeframe, your order may be cancelled.

Currency

The prices displayed on the site are in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you purchase in a different local currency, the exchange rate will be applied by the bank at their discretion.

Total Order Price

The total price seen at checkout includes any applicable taxes and shippings costs.
