Portable Tricolor Navigation light with Navimount base, compatible with Navisafe’s Navimount system and many GoPro® / Action camera mounts. The Navilight Tricolor without the Navimount base can be mounted directly to the 4-piece-pole but also directly to all kind of GoPro® / Action camera mounts. The Navilight Tricolor together with the Navimount base can be mounted directly to all Navimount’s – for example to the Navimount RIB / 954 on the bow of an inflatable or to the Navimount Horizontal / 952 on the cabin roof.

Examples of Usage

Examples of usage, based on the Convention on the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, commonly called 72 COLREGs. 

  • On a power-driven vessel of 12 meters or more in length but less than 50 meters in length:
    • as green or red sidelight
    • as sternlight
  • On a power-driven vessel of less than 12 meters in length:
    • as green or red sidelight
    • as combined green / red
    • as sternlight
  • On a sailing vessel underway:
    • as green or red sidelight
    • as sternlight
  • On a sailing vessel of less than 20 meters in lengths as backup light:
    • TriColor lantern at or near the top of the mast
