FLT-D6 structural furler with extra flat drum : light and compact

• Adapted to sailboat from 7.5 to 9.5m / 24′ to 31′ (forestay Ø max 6mm)
• Weight optimized (installation with classic wire forestay, drum protected by carbone/composite housing)

• Jib easily hoisted and lowered (up-down halyard running alongside the luff, swivel with fitted-in sheave)
• Possibility to adjust the length of the forestay (link plates also enabling a simple forestay removal when unstepping the mast)
• No maintenance (waterproof bearing box, linear rotation)

The structural furler is delivered with top and bottom toggle for Ø10mm pin (forestay not included).

The standard kit of the FLT-D6 furler includes :

• one continuous line drum in anodized aluminum and CNC machined in a solid block, protected by a composite/carbon housing, low profile drum
• one swivel also in anodized aluminum and CNC machined in a solid block, including neoprene anti-impact cover with high-visibility marking
• one halyard swivel also in anodized aluminum and CNC machined
• one articulated toggle fitted underneath the drum and above the swivel
• one pair of holed link plates assembled above the drum for adjusting the forestay length.

The structural FLT-D6 furler, used as a in/out furling system (no reefing) insures comfort, reliability and easy operation :

• Monoblock conception of the mechanisms for more sturdiness and long-lasting
• Rotation transmitted through a monotoron wire – not delivered –
• Safe furling thanks to a single furling line. Once tightly furled in with the discontinuous line secured into a cleat, the sail cannot furl out.
• Simply hoist and lower your sail thanks to the halyard swivel
