Karver KMH Internal Halyard Locks
Internal lock (integrated into the mast) dedicated for front sails (staysail, code sails …) An internal lock is usually preferred over an external lock on the bigger units for aesthetic reasons and user habits. This type of lock is typically installed by the mast makers. A halyard lock (internal or external) makes it possible to no longer have the halyard under load at all time. The lock eliminate the inconvenient of the halyards stretching.
